Terms of Use
The short and simple rules for using this site.
By using CreateInvoiceOnline.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Using the invoice maker and templates
You may use the invoice generator and download the templates for free, for personal or business use. You're responsible for the content of the invoices you create, including making sure the amounts, taxes and details are correct and lawful where you do business.
No professional advice
The guides on this Site are general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Rules for invoices, sales tax, VAT and late fees vary by location. Check with a qualified professional or your local tax authority if you're unsure.
Your data
Invoices are created in your browser and saved only on your device. We don't receive or store your invoice content. Because your drafts live in your browser, clearing your browser data will delete them, so keep copies of the PDFs you send. See our Privacy Policy for details about cookies and advertising.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to create fraudulent or misleading invoices, to impersonate another business, or for any unlawful purpose. Don't try to disrupt, overload or break into the Site.
Templates and content
The templates may be freely edited and used for your own invoices. You may not resell or redistribute them as templates, or copy the Site's articles, without permission.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any losses arising from your use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the current version.
